I have to admit I was dreading go back for a PT session after holidays, but shouldn't have. As per usual Jill hit the spot with a bit of cardio, weights and craic! The session flew and can't wait for next time. Really recommend Jill.

I have been going to Jill's Pilates classes for sometime now,quite simply they are brilliant, Jill takes time to explain all the moves, encouraging you to want to try that bit harder each week you go,her dedication and care to all of us is second to none,these classes have improved my fitness and my creaky joints so much, it's a must visit 😊

Jill is a fantastic fitness instructor. I attend Pilates and PT sessions. Her knowledge and expertise are second to none. Would definately recommend Jill's Fitness.
